The end of the first week

Working with plaster was so intense, hard and time consuming, so we hardly noticed it’s already Friday! The students were very much involved and dedicated to making their molds as fast as possible, but without proper and professional guidance it would not be possible to finish them succesfully. During this first week they have already learnt quite few tricks and understood that creating a ceramic piece is a long, detailed and complex process.

But not only the students got their lessons. For us, the coordinators and assistants it was also an intense period. Being there for everyone, advising, solving problems and helping to avoid disasters was challenging nad rewarding at the same time.

All together, we can already see results that will lead to succesfully designed objects which will manifest in porcelain in about two weeks from now.
